Vasily MS, CMT, BCTMB, ANMT, Personal Trainer and Nutritional Specialist, Corrective Exercise Specialist
Vasily earned his BS and MS in Exercise Science at the State University in Turkmenistan, and completed a 1350 hours program at the National Holistic Institute of San Jose, a federally Accredited College of Massage Therapy. He has spent the last 18 years in the massage, health and wellness industry. Vasily is a certified Advanced Neuromuscular Massage Therapist.
Vasily's training is based in medical massage, and he incorporates myoskeletal alignment techniques, active isolated stretching, deep tissue and trigger point massage, cupping and myofascial release into his treatments.
He focuses on massage as a solution for pain reduction, structural realignment, and injury recovery, and strives to help his clients maximize athletic performance while preventing injury. As a practitioner, Vasily also knows that less active lifestyles have their own risks, and is equally adept at helping people with pain and dysfunction arising from everyday activities.

The first session involves a client health history, reviewing client intake form, a complete postural assessment, joint ranges of motion, special orthopedic tests if necessary, and then specific work to treat the soft tissue imbalances found.
Men can bring lightweight athletic shorts (no heavy waistbands, heavy seams, or heavy pockets), women can bring lightweight shorts and sports bra or light tank top.
Jill BS, CMT
Jill earned her BS in Exercise Science from Seattle Pacific University and has received additional certificates and credentials in Massage Therapy and Health Education from National Holistic Institute, San Francisco School of Massage, and the California Massage Therapy Council. She has completed internships with the Athletic Department at Notre Dame De Namur and with The Body Realm Center, and she has volunteered at local sporting events. Jill assesses posture and movement to target the source(s) of soft tissue imbalances.
Jill continues to deepen her study of manual therapy with the Upledger Institute. Jill shares a passion for health, education, and the great outdoors. When Jill isn't working, she is out exploring the Bay Area trails.
Specializes in: Craniosacral Massage, Myofascial Massage, Meridian Theory, Trigger-Point Release, and an assortment of passive and active stretches.

Jen BS, CMT
Jen earned her BS in Kinesiology from San Jose State University. She also completed the longest massage therapy program offered in the state of California in 2008. She has worked under the local medical community designing massage therapy sessions for each individual after co-viewing x-rays, range of motion tests, postural analysis and foot scans. Jen has worked for the San Jose Earthquakes, has been a volunteer massage therapist for the Fire Fighter's Olympics, and has worked with some of the most educated and well-known physical therapists and MD's in the Bay Area. She is always continuing her education with new training and certification programs. Her latest training will be complete in 2019 - the Advanced Orthopedic Massage Practitioner Certification.
